Fronius Reserva Module 4,240,370 is one energy-storing 3.15 kWh high-voltage LFP module for the modular Reserva battery. It is not a complete battery tower and cannot operate alone. A working system requires two to five matching modules, the separately selected Reserva BMS/base, a compatible Fronius hybrid inverter, protection, project cabling and professional commissioning.

Reserva system configuration

Two, three, four or five identical modules form Reserva 6.3, 9.5, 12.6 or 15.8 with 6.31–15.79 kWh usable energy. The current Fronius compatibility table covers suitable Primo GEN24 Plus, Symo GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus variants; Fronius Symo Hybrid is excluded. Up to four equal-capacity towers may be operated in parallel. The maximum battery output current remains 32 A for the complete parallel group, so additional towers increase energy capacity but do not multiply that current limit.

Included parts and project exclusions

The official module package contains one battery module, two covers, two L-shaped mounting brackets, four M6×12 TX30 screws, two M6 washers and a quick-start guide. Reserva BMS/base, additional modules, inverter, backup switching, metering, external protection, cables, wall/floor preparation, installation and commissioning are separate.

Safety and service-life basis

This is high-voltage equipment for qualified installation. The 33.5 kg module needs planned handling and a verified supporting structure. Fronius states a ten-year system warranty and an expected 6,000-cycle reference to 60% state of health under the datasheet test conditions; actual life and available power depend on temperature, current, depth of discharge, inverter and operating profile.
