SEPLOS MASON-314L-O – complete 16.076 kWh LiFePO4 storage with lever

MASON-314L-O is a complete vertical low-voltage battery pack with GF314Ah cells. The current stock configuration combines 51.2 V, 314 Ah and 16.076 kWh with a touch display, pull handle/lever, active balancing and integrated aerosol fire suppression. It is intended for professionally designed solar, self-consumption, backup and other compatible 48/51.2 V systems.

Use and system sizing

The 16.076 kWh nominal energy stores photovoltaic surplus for later use, for example in the evening, overnight or during a more expensive tariff period. Actual usable energy, charging/discharging power and backup duration depend on inverter/BMS settings, permitted SOC range, temperature, load profile and complete system design. The unit must not be selected from the kWh figure alone.

Inverter compatibility

CAN and RS485 support data communication with compatible inverters. Their presence is not universal proof of compatibility. Before ordering, verify the exact inverter manufacturer/model, firmware, supported battery protocol, voltage settings and communication cable. Closed-loop BMS-to-inverter operation cannot be promised without this check.

BMS, balancing and safety

The active balancer helps maintain cell balance within the parameters of the current system. BMS protection limits, current ratings and service procedures are governed by the official specification and the documents for the specific batch. Aerosol fire suppression is an additional integrated safety feature; it does not replace correct design, electrical protection, room fire planning or professional installation. The pack contains hazardous short-circuit energy, so do not dismantle it or bypass protection.

Installation and commissioning

1. Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified person according to the design, SEPLOS instructions and local regulations.
2. Allow for 121 ± 3 kg and use suitable handling equipment; the pull handle/lever is not a substitute for safe lifting.
3. Verify a stable base, polarity, DC protection and isolation, conductor sizes, grounding and communication wiring.
4. Configure the inverter for the correct protocol and limits; after startup verify communication, charging, discharging, balancing and alarms.
5. Parallel operation must follow current manufacturer documentation and the approved topology.

Package, stock and shipping

The current supplier message confirms the complete pack, active balancer, aerosol fire-suppression unit, cables/accessories and wooden crate. 44 units are in German stock. Its weight and crate require pallet/freight delivery; the Czech shipping charge is not included in the product price and is added for the actual shipment.

Warranty and documents

The official SEPLOS Warranty Agreement 2026 provides a five-year free warranty. During years 5–10 replacement parts may be supplied free of charge, while the buyer pays freight, service and other related costs. This is not a fully free ten-year warranty.
