Terms and Conditions of the WodaSign Online Store

Effective from 16 August 2026

1. Seller

The online store at wodasign.net is operated by Tomorrow systems s.r.o., Company ID 26705257, VAT ID CZ26705257, registered office Radlická 899/33, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic (the "Seller"). Contact: info@tomorrows.cz, phone +420 608 262 004.

2. Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, availability and the total price including applicable taxes are displayed in the online store. Delivery costs and available delivery methods are shown before the order is submitted. The customer may review and correct the order before submitting it. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email.

3. Payment

Available payment methods are PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery in the Czech Republic when offered for the selected carrier. Payment on invoice or individual credit terms are available only by prior written agreement. For bank transfer, the order is normally dispatched after the full amount has been credited.

4. Delivery

Available carriers, prices and estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout. The customer must check the shipment upon receipt and report visible damage to the carrier and the Seller without undue delay. Current delivery information is available on the Delivery page.

5. Consumer withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. The consumer must inform the Seller clearly within this period and return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal. Returned goods should be sent to: Tomorrow systems s.r.o., Karlštejnská 323, 252 25 Ořech, Czech Republic. The consumer bears the direct return costs unless the Seller agrees otherwise. The Seller may reduce the refund by any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Defects and complaints

Consumer rights arising from defective performance are governed by mandatory law. A complaint should identify the order, describe the defect and state the requested remedy. The Seller will confirm receipt and handle a Czech consumer complaint within the statutory period, normally no later than 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. Business customers are governed by the agreed contract and applicable commercial rules.

7. Personal data

Personal data are processed to fulfil orders, comply with legal duties and, where applicable, on another lawful basis. Details are provided in the Legal notice and privacy information.

8. Alternative dispute resolution

Czech consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, at www.coi.cz. This does not limit the right to bring a claim before a court.

9. Final provisions

The contract is governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. The version effective on the date of the order applies to that order. The Seller may update these terms for future orders.
