The company is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the wodasign.net online store.
Personal-data protection
We process personal data lawfully, transparently and only to the extent necessary for the purposes below.
Data, purposes and legal bases
- Orders and customer accounts: name, contact and delivery details, order content, payment status and communications. The legal basis is performance of a contract and steps taken before entering into it.
- Accounting and tax records: data required by law are retained for the statutory period, normally 10 years.
- Complaints, returns and legal protection: necessary data are retained for handling the case and the applicable limitation period. The legal bases are legal obligations and legitimate interests in protecting rights.
- Website security: necessary technical records may be processed to protect accounts, prevent abuse and operate the system.
- Marketing: commercial messages are sent only where permitted by law and include an unsubscribe option.
Recipients
Data are shared only as necessary with hosting and IT providers, carriers, payment service providers including PayPal, accounting and tax advisers, and public authorities where required by law. Appropriate legal safeguards are used when a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area.
Retention and security
Data are retained only as long as required for the relevant purpose and then in accordance with statutory archiving and limitation periods. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, access controls, system updates, encrypted transmission and backups.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or erasure, restriction of processing and, where legally applicable, data portability. The website uses necessary cookies for the shopping cart, login, security and saved settings. Analytics cookies are used according to the separate cookie settings and the applicable legal basis. Cookie choices can be adjusted in the relevant settings or in the browser; blocking necessary cookies may limit store functionality.
Withdrawal, returns and complaints
A consumer may generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods unless a statutory exception applies. Send notice to info@tomorrows.cz and return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal, safely packed and without cash on delivery to Tomorrow systems s.r.o., Karlštejnská 323, 252 25 Ořech, Czech Republic.
