Intended use

The 32.1536 kWh capacity is designed to store surplus photovoltaic energy for later use, for example in the evening, overnight or during a more expensive tariff period. Suitability for a particular inverter power, backup load and required autonomy must be assessed from the load profile and the design of the complete installation.

Compatibility and communication

CAN and RS485 interfaces are provided for communication with a compatible inverter. The presence of these interfaces alone does not guarantee compatibility with every inverter. Before ordering, the exact inverter model, firmware, supported battery protocol, voltage settings and communication wiring must be verified. Give us the inverter manufacturer and model and we will check the available manufacturer documentation.

Installation and commissioning

1. Installation must be carried out by a qualified person in accordance with the design, manufacturer instructions and local regulations.
2. The unit must be placed on a stable surface in an environment that complies with the specification and must not be subjected to mechanical stress.
3. Polarity, protection, cable cross-section, isolating devices, grounding and communication wiring must be checked before connection.
4. Battery and inverter parameters must follow SEPLOS documentation; improvised connections and live work are not acceptable.
5. After installation, verify BMS-to-inverter communication, charging, discharging and alarm states.

Safety

This is a high-capacity electrical device with hazardous short-circuit energy. Do not dismantle it, bypass protection, or expose it to water, fire, excessive heat or mechanical damage. Exact operating limits, protection and service procedures are governed by the official specification and manufacturer instructions. Package, availability and delivery

The item is sold as a complete MASON-560L-N battery unit. Exact accessories, availability and dispatch date are confirmed before shipment because the current supplier stock message provides precise quantities only for other models. At 245 ± 3 kg the unit requires pallet or freight delivery; the carrier charge is calculated from destination and weight.

Warranty

The official SEPLOS Warranty Agreement 2026 provides a five-year free warranty. During years 5–10 replacement parts may be supplied without charge, while the buyer pays freight, service and other related costs. This is not a fully free ten-year warranty.
