Fronius Reserva Pro Module 4,240,390 is one 3.98 kWh usable high-voltage LFP battery module for building a Reserva Pro tower. This product is not a complete battery: one working tower requires three to eight matching modules, the separately selected Reserva Pro BMS with base, a compatible Fronius hybrid inverter, project protection, cabling and professional commissioning.

Build the correctly sized tower

Use three to eight matching Reserva Pro modules in one tower for 11.9–31.9 kWh usable energy. Up to four towers of equal capacity can be operated in parallel, giving up to 128 kWh, subject to the current Fronius design and inverter rules. The current compatible families include selected Primo GEN24 Plus, Symo GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus models; the exact permitted tower size depends on the inverter. Fronius Symo Hybrid is not compatible.

Installation and operating limits

A correctly assembled complete system is rated IP65 for indoor or protected outdoor installation, operates from −20 to +50 °C, at up to 2,000 m altitude and 5–95% relative humidity. Maximum output current is 50 A and is limited by the inverter. This is high-voltage equipment for qualified installation. The supporting surface, clearances, cable routing, protection, firmware and exact configuration must be checked against the current Fronius documentation before assembly.

Matching and later expansion

All modules in a tower must be the correct Reserva Pro generation and matched for the approved configuration. Fronius permits extension after up to two years, but the added module operates at the lowest state of health in the tower. Confirm article, age, state of health, serial range and firmware before expanding an existing system. Fronius states a ten-year system warranty with 80% state of health; the applicable current terms and exact sealed article are confirmed before dispatch.
