BYD Battery-Box HVE BCU + Base article 17161480-00 is the control and base package for one compatible HVE high-voltage battery tower. The BCU contains the system switch, power/LED control, operating panel and communication functions; the base supports the stack. Neither part stores energy.

The official package drawing lists one BCU, one base, one terminal resistor, two handles, one knob screw, four hangers, four M8 expansion screws, four feet, four M5 screws, four M6 screws, one quick-start guide, one connector tool and the documented MC4 wiring terminals. HVE compatibility and dimensions

The current HVE documentation covers HVE 6.4 and HVE 4.2 modules. One to four modules form a documented tower and up to three matching towers may be paralleled, subject to the exact approved combination, compatible BYD Power-Box inverter and current firmware. The BCU measures 205 × 660 × 140 mm; the 660 × 140 mm base has an installed adjustable height of approximately 90–120 mm.

Not included

HVE battery modules, optional wall bracket and Smart WiFi/LAN module, inverter, project cables, protection, design, installation and commissioning are separate.
