Fronius Reserva BMS 4,240,371 with base is the control and mechanical foundation for one modular Reserva high-voltage battery tower. It monitors the modules, communicates with the inverter and provides the bottom support. It contains no battery cells and stores no energy. A working tower requires two to five separately purchased matching Reserva modules, a compatible Fronius hybrid inverter, project protection, cabling and professional commissioning.
The BMS calculates state of charge, monitors overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, temperature and cell or hardware faults, provides dark-start support, exchanges operating data over RS485 and receives battery firmware updates through the inverter interface. The current Fronius compatibility table covers suitable Primo GEN24 Plus, Symo GEN24 Plus and Verto Plus variants; Fronius Symo Hybrid is excluded. Up to four equal-capacity towers may be operated in parallel, subject to the current design rules.
The European package contains the top, left and right covers, BMS, quick-start guide, drilling template, two RJ45 plugs, two RJ45 screw connections for parallel operation, one LP-16-C/RJ45 plug for the inverter connection, two pairs of Stäubli MC4-Evo stor 6 mm² connectors, three M6×12 TX30 screws, two base-plate covers and the base plate. The 10 mm² connectors shown in the international instructions are supplied only in Australia and New Zealand and are not part of this European package.
Battery modules, inverter, backup switching, meter, external protection, project cables, wall and floor preparation, installation and commissioning are separate. This is high-voltage equipment for qualified installation. The supporting structure, clearances, cable routing, inverter firmware and exact permitted configuration must be checked against the current Fronius documentation before assembly. The system warranty is stated by Fronius for ten years; the current applicable terms and the exact sealed article are confirmed before dispatch.
