Solis FlexHome-BAT5kWh-L is one 5 kWh low-voltage LiFePO4 expansion module for a modular FlexHome-L energy-storage tower. It stores energy, but it is not a complete standalone battery: a working installation requires the separate FlexHome-CB210A-L control module with base, a compatible Solis low-voltage hybrid inverter, protection, wiring and professional commissioning.
The current official manual permits one to eight identical 16S modules with one FlexHome-CB210A-L controller, creating 5–40 kWh in a single correctly designed cluster. Up to four supported clusters may be engineered in parallel for as much as 160 kWh. Module count, inverter family, firmware, communication settings, cable sizing and protection must match the current Solis documentation.
The official flyer gives a one-module complete system size of 800 × 494 × 285 mm and 76 kg including the controller/base. Each added battery module increases tower weight by about 50 kg, so lifting equipment, a verified load-bearing surface and the required wall restraint are planned before delivery. Solis states at least 6,000 cycles under the cell maker’s test conditions of 25 °C, 0.2C charge/discharge, 100% DOD and 70% end-of-life capacity; actual service life depends on temperature, current, depth of discharge and operating profile.
The official module packing list contains one battery module, two product-installation screws and one packing list. FlexHome-CB210A-L controller/base, additional modules, hybrid inverter, external protection, metering, project cabling, structural work, transport to the final position, installation and commissioning are separate.
